Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The item/items must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item/items not in the original condition that are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.
Any item/items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery may only be eligible for a partial refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, be sure to check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company and inquire about the time it would normally take for a refund to officially post.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We will replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping item/items over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with available tracking and shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item/items.

To return or exchange your item/items, you should mail your item/items to the return address that is listed on your packing slip.
